THIS JOBS FOR THOSE IN DUBAI ONLYAbout the job Building and strengthening the internal compliance processes and advising on regulatory & contract management procedures aligning with local requirements. Leading and negotiating client contracts from offer to closing. Leading risk assessments of bids and advising on major risks and liabilities. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and approving legal documents including NDAs, Agreements, Service & Supplier Agreements, Consultancy & Employment Contracts, MoUs, leases etc. Overseeing dispute resolution matters, including selection, fee negotiation and instruction of external counsel & advising company leadership on potential outcomes based on legal advice. Conduct risk assessments and 3rd party evaluations for clients, partners, subcontractors and suppliers Managing legal entities setups, corporate governance and statutory compliance Hands-on employment and labour law to ensure compliance and & support the local teams on ethics, disciplinary and termination cases. Knowledge and experience in Data Protection privacy and security-related laws. QualificationsUniversity degree in law 1-2 years experience Proficient in operating Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English. Skilled in legal research, contract drafting, contract negotiation, due diligence and litigation.
