We are looking for office boy/ office girl that can also do basic reception work. • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects. • Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages. • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. • Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees. • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. • Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties. • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails. • Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties. Requirements • Good English speaking • Good communication • Must know how to use basic computer • Must be good at answering phones • Be able to welcome guests • Make beverages for staff and guests • Know how to photocopy/scan documents • Help out with basic admin work • Maintain the office cleanliness • Maintain personal cleanliness Note: Candidates must be available in UAE for Immediate Joining.
