Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Design Mechanical Engineer (FRESHER) to join our team. Responsibilities:*Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, considering project requirements, energy efficiency, and regulatory standards. *Conduct heating and cooling load calculations to determine equipment sizing and selection. *Select and specify appropriate HVAC equipment, such as chillers, boilers, air handling units, pumps, and controls. *Create detailed design drawings, equipment schedules, and technical specifications. *Utilize CAD software and simulation tools to model and simulate HVAC systems for performance evaluation. *Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Knowledge of Designing Air Distribution system using AUTOCAD. – Heat load calculation using HAP (Hourly Analysis program). – Knowledge of calculating Pump Head and Fan ESP. – Duct designing using MCQUAY software and duct material selection. – Knowledge of calculating Sheet metal Quantity. – Estimation and quantity surveying of HVAC tenders. – Knowledge of equipment’s like – Ductable split, Package AC, Chiller, FAHU, AHU, FCU etc. -Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards. -Has a willingness to learn
