About the job Main duties:Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience Liaising with building management/ security/ and the building reception Building access management (provision badges and ID passes) for staff members assisting with issuance of ID/ access passes Assisting in setting up in house and external events as and when required. Hosting/Greeting/Welcoming services to building/event guests Understand primary responsibilities of Meeting and Events. Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts.
