Description
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school, ensuring alignment with the IB curriculum framework. Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the effective implementation of the IB program. Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing resources, budgeting, and facilities. Foster a positive school culture that promotes student growth, well-being, and academic achievement. Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, support personnel, and administrative staff. Collaborate with teachers and curriculum coordinators to develop and review curriculum plans. Monitor student progress and provide support to ensure the successful implementation of the IB program. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community. Address and resolve student and parent concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to teachers and staff.
