GROCERY SUPERVISOR supervisors are responsible for the daily running of stores. The job description of a retail store supervisor usually entails activities to minimize costs while maximizing profits. Retail supervisors ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with company standards. He/she makes sure all staff are fully informed on the target for the day, and ensure that customer care is top priority. Depending on the size of a store or company structure, supervisors’ role may also include dealing with logistics, marketing, human resource, customer service, information technology, and finance.
