Urgently Required Senior Project Engineer – Dubai (UAE)Experience :  Minimum 5+ Years of UAE experience as a Project EngineerRequirements :Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work. Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipmentManage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors. Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and EngineersPromote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followedDeveloping and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activitiesCommunicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the projectDeal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project. Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner. Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules. Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project. Experience with subcontractor management
