Job responsibilities:Implementation and execution of the determined plan; Organization of uninterrupted, profitable operation of the store; Monitoring compliance with all technologies and business processes; Ensuring sales growth and cost minimization; Providing the necessary reports in a timely manner; Conducting all necessary administrative work; Active use of the principles of staff management – creating a better team; Motivation, training and improvement of employees to achieve high results and their further development in the company; Ensuring effective interaction with the central office; Interaction with external inspection authorities.
