We are seeking an experienced and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team at a 5-star hotel restaurant. In this position, you will enter and process orders and customer information, maintenance data entry systems, and ensure all customer information and records are up-to-date and accurate. Responsibilities:• Process customer orders and manage inventory data entry. • Establish and maintain database spreadsheets and other record keeping systems. • Input and compile large amounts of data into the company’s databases. • Ensure accuracy of customer data entry and order entry. • Communicate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. • Utilize software to generate reports, invoice customers, and track orders. • Follow all data entry processes to ensure accuracy.
