Making up beds and ensuring furnishings are prepared, cleaned and ready for the guests arrival . Highlighting and reporting damages to the Maintenance Team Restocking the properties with toiletries, kitchen stock and ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and kitchen items are cleaned between stays Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices.
