If you possess strong customer service skills, a positive demeanor and a desire to help others, then this could be the perfect opportunity for youAs Customer Service Staff, you will:• Respond to customer inquiries in a clear and friendly manner by phone, email and/or in-person. • Work closely with clients and other team members to gain the best results for any given situation. • Provide thorough and detailed updates to all parties involved in a real estate transaction. • Utilize customer service software programs to maintain contact with clients and track progress. • Occasional attend industry events to support the organization’s networking efforts. • Effectively manage customer expectations and complaints. Ideal candidates will possess the following:• Previous customer service or client support experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently and in a team setting. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills.
