Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels. Conduct interviews and assessments to determine qualifications. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions. Utilize social media and job boards for recruitment efforts. Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments. Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters. Participate in recruitment events and career fairs. Requirements:Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
