Job Title: Teacher AssistantLocation: DubaiPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Assistant to support our educators and students. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and effective learning environment. Your patience, organizational skills, and ability to assist in classroom activities will contribute to the success of our educational programs. Responsibilities:-Collaborate with lead teachers to support classroom instruction and activities. -Assist in preparing lesson materials, setting up equipment, and organizing the classroom. -Provide individualized attention and support to students with varying needs. -Supervise students during class, recess, and other activities. -Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. -Assist with managing student behavior and enforcing classroom rules. -Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students as needed. -Assist students with assignments and projects. -Prepare and distribute classroom materials and assignments. -Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents as directed. -Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. -Handle administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and grading, as assigned. Qualifications:-Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Patience and the ability to work effectively with students of different ages and abilities. -Organizational skills and attention to detail. -Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education. -Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with lead teachers. -Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
