Update customer records and information accurately in our database. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests. Follow established call center procedures and guidelines. Qualifications:Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering top-notch service. Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask effectively. Problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently. Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus.
