Job description• Perform day-to-day administration to support to the Administrative Manager. • Strong Communication Skills with strong business-related knowledge • Receives and processes client orders including coordination with Logistics team for timely delivery and shipment. • Resolves client issues with regards to their orders, investigates data and history and provide resolution efficiently. • Finance Administration: • Process vendor invoices • Payment Collection • Support compliance initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Assist with organising office social events and office meetings. • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. • Proficient with MS Office • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRequirements• Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate in Psychology / Business Administration • Candidate needs to have UAE Experience at least 3 years. • Strong Communication Skills with strong business-related knowledge • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills. • Proficient with MS Office • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
