Responsibilities: Lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. Plan, schedule, and prioritize production activities to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes to ensure product quality, adherence to standards, and efficiency. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to production staff. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production requirements and resolve issues. Monitor and control production costs to ensure optimal resource utilization. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing leadership role is required. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment. Proficiency in analyzing production data and making data-driven decisions. Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
