As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to cleanliness, organizational skills, and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences will contribute to the success of our hotel. Responsibilities: Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring fixtures are in working order. Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items. Replenish amenities, towels, and supplies in guest rooms. Vacuum, sweep, and mop public areas, hallways, and corridors. Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department. Follow established cleaning procedures and standards. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner when encountered. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness. Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures. Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and walking. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of guest service principles and guest expectations.
