Job Title: Assistant TeacherLocation: Dubai< UAEPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team and support the educational experience of our students. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with our lead teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Your enthusiasm, patience, and collaborative spirit will contribute to the success and growth of our students. Responsibilities: Collaborate with lead teachers to assist in planning and implementing lessons and activities. Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students as needed. Assist in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Help with preparing teaching materials and resources. Support students with assignments, projects, and assessments. Monitor student progress and communicate with lead teachers and parents/guardians. Assist in organizing and supervising classroom events and field trips. Uphold and reinforce school policies and behavior expectations. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Assistant Teacher or in a similar role is preferred. Passion for working with children and supporting their growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team. High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is a plus.
