Description
Serving food to diners from a counter or, if seated, taking their orders. Communicating food and drink orders to the kitchen staff. Assembling and packaging takeaway orders. Maintaining cleanliness standards by keeping the counters, tableware, and utensils clean. Greeting customers and assisting them in pickling up their order; Delivering a great customer experience; Answering phones and managing all carry-out orders; This position is relied upon to maintain a calm and positive attitude while also being diligent on expediting orders; Checking to ensure each order is prepared to the guest specifications.
