Manage guest requests and special preferences, coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill their needs. Resolve guest complaints or issues, aiming to achieve guest satisfaction and timely solutions. * Tasks:Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests for room service or repairs. Handle billing and payment procedures accurately, maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
