responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times during the play and also during the sanitization break. · Supervising and involving with the kids in the play area. · Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities. · Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in the play area. · To work well within the team· Report any incidents or issues to the Floor In-charge· To ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and report to the Floor In charge. · Always be friendly, approachable and provide the highest level of customer service.
