Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate guest records and reservations. Handle guest payments and provide accurate change. Coordinate with other hotel departments to address guest needs. Assist with guest baggage handling and storage. Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a hotel or a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Strong communication and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems. Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and services is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
