As a Janitor/Cleaner in our bustling supermarket, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic shopping environment for our customers. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness ensure that our supermarket is a welcoming place for all. Responsibilities:Cleaning Duties: Perform cleaning tasks throughout the supermarket, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. Restroom Maintenance: Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and well-maintained. Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and cardboard properly. Spill Cleanup: Respond promptly to any spills or accidents to prevent slips and falls. Supply Management: Monitor and request cleaning supplies as needed. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely. Shift Flexibility: Be available for shifts as required, including evenings and weekends. Qualifications: Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus. Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks. Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use. Reliable and punctual.
