Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and optimize our logistics operations in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Your expertise in logistics management will play a critical role in our supply chain’s success. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and optimize the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound. Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate favorable terms. Implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency. Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with logistics software and systems. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
