Greet and accommodate customers to their tables. Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage. Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glassesEnsure hot food is hot and cold food is coldUp-sell additional products when appropriateMixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients and following recipes. Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply. Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environmentCheck temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning. Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparationdescriptions. Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, or writingdown. Making sure order has been received by kitchen departmentServe food and drink ordersCheck dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problemsPre-bus tables; maintain table cleanliness, bus tablesDeliver checks and collect bill paymentsCarry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaningFollow all relevant health department regulationsDesired Candidate Profile Indian, Filipino, NepaliSecondary SchoolMale· High school certificate or equivalent and any other related qualifications. · 2-3 years as Barista or Previously Waiter in a prestigious restaurant. · Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge. · Certification of Barista is an advantage.
