Order Accuracy: Take accurate food and beverage orders and verify them before delivering to guest rooms. Timely Service: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely preparation and delivery of orders to guest rooms. Presentation: Ensure that all orders are presented beautifully, maintaining the hotel’s high standards. Hygiene: Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness standards when handling food and beverage items. Requirements:Previous experience in room service or a similar role preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
