Description
Collect payments whether in cash or credit Manage cash/card transactions. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized cash register area. Maintain a high level of accuracy. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports Perform other duties as directed by the company. Provide the reconciliation report, float, and record of all sales after the shift at the finance office. Carry a helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
