Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, assisting in closing deals and ensuring seamless transactions. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and products, contributing to continuous improvement. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
