Description
To be the first point of contact for all email and telephone booking enquiries, supporting visitors to book tickets online and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service at all times. To manage the Museum’s internal bookings system and online ticketing platform, ensuring all events – public programme, school workshops, venue hire, fundraising events and internal meetings – are fully documented and appropriately resourced. To support the successful operational delivery of timed general admission and all other types of events, ensuring we learn from everything we do. To lead on the organization, delivery and invoicing of school and adult group visits.
