Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through impeccable service. Inventory Management: Monitor and report any shortages of cleaning supplies and amenities. Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other staff members and departments for seamless guest experiences. Requirements:Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
