Description
Responsibilities:Coffee Expertise: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistry. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service. Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our coffee offerings, explaining blends and specialties to customers. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee shop, including the counter and equipment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work on weekends and during busy hours.
