Key Responsibilities:Coffee Expertise: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and high-quality taste. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, understanding individual preferences, and delivering a delightful experience. Menu Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the menu, including specialty drinks and seasonal offerings. Equipment Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and productive work environment. Requirements:Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not essential; we offer comprehensive training. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
