Description
WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING FOR QS ENGINEER WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY;Duties and Responsibilities:• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and client-provided documents. • Perform quantity take-offs and building measurements. • Verify and cross-check quantities between the BOQ and tender drawings. • Create query sheets to address missing items and errors. • Manage Primavera files for project planning and scheduling. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to Primavera files. • Analyze project data and generate reports using Primavera software. • Provide training and support to team members on the usage of Primavera software. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. • Identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects. • Prepare inquiries according to project specifications and send them to subcontractors or suppliers for quotations. • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues. • Assist in verifying quantities for material requisition from the project site. • Identify variation items and prepare variation order sheets in coordination with the Site Engineer. • Other assigned from time to time
