Qualifications for Waiter/Waitress:High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of menu items and specials. Ability to handle cash and process payments. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Physical fitness for standing and walking. Prior experience in a restaurant is a plus. Friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work well in a team. Understanding of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:Greet and seat restaurant guests. Present menus and take food and drink orders. Provide recommendations and describe menu items. Deliver orders to tables and ensure accuracy. Attend to guest needs and offer refills. Process payments and give change. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Set and clear tables efficiently. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff.
