Description
Job Title: Supervisor Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, direction, and support. Set clear goals and expectations for team members and monitor their performance. Ensure that team members understand and follow company policies and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools.
