Description
Job Title: Bus Attendant Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities: Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure they are seated safely. Monitor passenger behavior and maintain a calm and orderly atmosphere on the bus. Assist students or passengers with special needs, including securing wheelchairs or mobility devices. Ensure all passengers are safely seated and wearing seatbelts if required. Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner. Communicate with the bus driver and dispatch to address any issues or delays. Provide assistance during emergencies or evacuations, prioritizing passenger safety. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior. Report any incidents, accidents, or issues to the bus driver or supervisor. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Bus Attendant or in a related role is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient attitude, particularly when dealing with students or passengers. Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. Physical stamina and the ability to assist passengers as needed. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic bus transportation environment. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
