Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. Provide accurate and complete information about products and services to customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints, working to ensure a positive outcome. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keep abreast of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer support role or related position is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. Proficiency in using computer systems and applications. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
