Description
Job Title: Security GuardLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are currently seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, clients, and visitors. The Security Guard will monitor premises, patrol assigned areas, and take necessary actions to prevent security breaches and ensure the overall safety of the facility. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and appropriately Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates Maintain surveillance through security cameras and other systems Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary Enforce company security policies and proceduresRequirements: Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred Excellent observational and surveillance skills Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Good communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekendsBenefits: Competitive hourly wage and potential for overtime pay Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Health insurance and other benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment
