Job Title: Intercontinental CookLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are looking for a skilled and creative Intercontinental Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes from various international cuisines, showcasing diverse flavors and culinary techniques. The Intercontinental Cook will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, while contributing to the development of our menu offerings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from different international cuisines Ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and standards Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation for all menu items Assist in menu planning and recipe development for intercontinental dishes Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards Collaborate with the management team to create a memorable dining experience for our customersRequirements: Proven experience as a Cook specializing in intercontinental cuisine In-depth knowledge of international cooking techniques and ingredients Creativity and ability to innovate in developing new dishes Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to work well in a team and lead by example Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plusBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and culinary training Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
