Baggage Handling: Oversee the handling of passenger baggage, ensuring proper tagging, loading, and unloading. Flight Coordination: Collaborate with ground crew, cabin crew, and other airport staff to ensure efficient flight operations. Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations and follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers. Requirements:Previous experience as an Airport Services Agent or in a similar role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Knowledge of airline and airport operations, including check-in procedures and security regulations. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced airport environment.
