Job Title: Reservation AgentLocation: Jumeirah, DubaiJob Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our esteemed 5-star hotel in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. The Reservation Agent will play a pivotal role in maximizing room bookings and contributing to the overall success of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Assist guests with booking accommodations, special requests, and inquiries Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel services Process reservations accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and policies Handle changes and cancellations according to established procedures Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experienceRequirements: Proven experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using reservation software and hotel management systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Jumeirah Impeccable grooming and professional appearance High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plusBenefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career development within the luxury hospitality industry Employee discounts and other benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment
