Key Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities. Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts. Provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs. Monitor students during class, recess, and other activities. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in education or related field is a plus. Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is advantageous.
