We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This essential role provides support to management and/or the office team through answering incoming communications, distributing mail correspondence, general admin duties such as filing, printing or photocopying, data entry and various ad hoc duties. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Administrative Assistant Requirements: Associate’s Degree in a related field. Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
