Job Title: Night AuditorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our hotel operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions Verify and balance entries, records, and postings made during the day Address guest inquiries and provide assistance during the night shift Check in and check out guests as needed Process reservations and handle booking inquiries Prepare and distribute reports on hotel activities and financial data Monitor security cameras and report any unusual activity Collaborate with other night staff to ensure a smooth transition between shiftsRequirements: Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of hotel operations and accounting procedures Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Proficiency in using hotel management software and accounting systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plusBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
