Description
Job Title: Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety guidelines. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff and contribute to the overall success of our logistics and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring and training new team members Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety regulations Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes Prepare and generate reports on warehouse activities and performance Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective mannerRequirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plusBenefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career development and advancement Health insurance and other benefits Positive and collaborative work environment
