Job Title: School Bus AssistantLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are seeking a caring and responsible individual to join our school as a School Bus Assistant. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their bus transportation to and from school. The School Bus Assistant will play a crucial role in creating a secure and positive environment for students during their daily commute. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with boarding and exiting the school bus safely Ensure students are seated and wearing seatbelts properly during the journey Maintain order and discipline among students during the bus ride Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff Assist students with special needs and provide necessary support Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures Maintain a clean and orderly bus environmentRequirements: Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow safety and security guidelines Physical stamina to assist students with boarding and exiting the bus High school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career development within the school system Positive and collaborative work environment Potential for additional benefits based on performance and tenure
