Job Title: Picking and Packaging SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEJob Description: We are currently seeking meticulous and dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Picking and Packaging Specialists. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, contributing to the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate and process inventory Conduct quality checks on products before packaging Collaborate with other team members to meet daily picking and packing targets Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors Adhere to safety guidelines and proceduresRequirements: Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar role is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment High school diploma or equivalentBenefits: Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career development and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment Health insurance and other benefits
