Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide desktop and laptop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues. Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on basic IT procedures. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
