We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team and help lead our passionate staff in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Position: Café Supervisor Location: Dubai Type: Full-time Salary: 4000 AEDResponsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service Supervise and train café staff, including baristas and servers, to maintain high standards of performance Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and monitor stock levels Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff duties and responsibilities Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving café performanceRequirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
