Position: Cleaning Supervisor Location: Dubai Type: Full-time Salary: 3200Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, assigning duties and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently Train new cleaning personnel on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory Handle scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolve any employee-related issues Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists Collaborate with management to implement and improve cleaning protocolsRequirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or janitorial services industry is Beneficial. In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical handling Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
